Portable solution for visual detection of methane and VOC leaks

Pergam GasFIR G630, G630M, G630R, and G630Q are cutting-edge OGI cameras designed to detect hydrocarbons, methane, and other volatile organic compounds with speed and precision. Each model is tailored to specific needs: G630M features a laser methane detector with a 60-meter range, G630R includes a powerful 400-meter laser rangefinder, and G630Q offers built-in gas quantification to measure leak type and severity without additional equipment. Easy to use and highly effective, the GasFIR series helps reduce gas leaks by up to 99%, making operations safer and more efficient.

GasFIR G-Series key features and advantages

  • Real-time gas leak visualization

  • Precise remote temperature measurement from -40°С to +350°С

  • Built-in OS with an intuitive interface

  • High-resolution rotating LCD display

  • Multiple data transfer interfaces: USB, WLAN, HDMI

  • Viewfinder with adjustable tilt angle

  • Ergonomic and easy to handle

  • Durable and lightweight housing

  • Quantitative gas leak analysis

How GasFIR G-series works

GasFIR G-series makes invisible gas leaks visible by detecting infrared light that gases absorb and emit. Using special filters, the camera shows these emissions as clouds on the screen in real time, allowing for safe and efficient leak detection without physical contact.

About laser methane detector

Laser methane detector of GasFIR G630M utilizes TDLAS technology
TDLAS (Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy) technology uses a tunable diode laser for precise gas analysis. The laser emits a narrow beam of light at a specific wavelength that matches the absorption characteristics of the target gas. When this beam passes through the gas and reflects off a surface, part of the light is absorbed by gas molecules. A sensor captures the reflected beam, and the gas concentration is determined by measuring the reduction in light intensity.

Where GasFIR G-Series applies

The GasFIR G-Series is an effective and reliable solution for monitoring even hard-to-reach areas during the extraction, transportation, processing, and use of oil and gas products.
